  We waited over an hour to receive our food. (Two orders of fries, a sandwich, and shrimp.) Bartenders only stopped once to ask if we needed anything or even drink refills during our wait. After 40 minutes, we inquired the status of our food, only to be told the cooks were working on it and it would be done soon. During the overall wait, we watched multiple people who were seated after us, get their food, eat, pay and leave before we even received our appetizers.
  
  We had two samplings of the fries, both were cold and soggy by the time we received them (even the gyro meat was cold in the one.) The other food was average for a pub, nothing spectacular.
  
  I had to wait 10 minutes at the bar to pay, while holding my credit card out, before the guy with the purple tattoo in the crook of his arm finally took notice of us. He gave the impression we "bothered him" from watching the patrons play some dice game. There was no one else behind the bar this entire time. All the cooks, and two other bartenders, were in some other part of the premise.

  Not the typical food for Manitowoc. Creative options for both food and cocktails. The staff is delightful and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed.
