  I ordered a pizza at 11:23 because the wait time said 25 minutes so I knew that it would be here by the time lunch started at noon. It is now 12:25. I called and asked where my pizza was and the woman told me that my order was going out next! My order was supposed to be here around 12:08 the email said. Really!?!?! If the order is going to be late at least have some decency and call the customer to let me know that you are going to be late.

  The worst pizza Hut I have ever been to. Food took over an hour and everybody's order was wrong. What a joke. Shouldn't even get 1 star.

  We had a very disrespectful waiter who actually pulled up a chai to our table and sat down and he didn't even have a piece of paper or pen to write down our order, he got the order to us by memory but then when the he came halfway though our meal and had us look at the bill to see if it was correct we said yes and it was but then walked away with it (he could have left it as it was already printed) but we decided after that to leave and finish our meal at home or just save it and when we asked for boxes he gave them to us no problem, ok but then he followed us back to the table and said you guys done already in a weird like disrespectful way ok well then he walked away as we were packing up our pizza and came across a knot of hair hiding under the pizza so we took it up they did give us out two pizzas again and said sorry so I guess it is really gross but they did kinda make up for it.. but another note is I went there with both my kids and they brought both my pizzas to me at the table in extremely hot pans and put them in the middle and then expressed to me that the steel pans were very very hot and from my normal experience everywhere else they usually served pizza on a wood board or serving platter never a scolding hot pan brought to a table with little kids and two large pizza in the middle of a booth table with 2 Little kids one on each side yea not a good idea someone will eventually get burned....
